How Emotion Nearly Killed My MLM Network Marketing Business

If I have to describe myself, I would definitely say that I am a dreamer. I can hear a great presentation get fired-up to build what ever opportunity is being presented. When I think back on my beginning years in the MLM/Network Marketing business, I must admit that I was way too emotional about the daily ins and outs of this business.

What Most MLM Leaders Don't Tell Their Prospects:

The truth is that if you conduct your business in an emotional way instead of a professional way you will likely burn out pretty fast. One of the main reasons for early failure in the MLM/Network marketing business is the recruiting or prospecting portion of the business.

New MLM business owners are told to go home and make a list of everybody they know, maybe buy some leads and make cold calls, try to strike up a conversation with anyone they come into contact with and so on. Not only are these techniques out dated, they don't work!

Emotion Almost Killed My MLM/Network Marketing Business:

Well like most MLMer's I was new to owning a business when I was given all of the above to perform. I was fired up and full of optimism, emotion and set up to fail!

The problem with these old marketing/prospecting techniques is that you will experience a high level of rejection. If your up-line knew better they would not send you out to battle all of that rejection on your own, because when you operate your business leading with emotion, every call is the call of a lifetime, every prospect is the key person that will solidify your down-line. Every call to your up-line that is not returned is taken personal.

Don't let your well meaning unknowing up-line tell you that you need go through a 98% rejection process in order to grow your character! That is no longer the case.

Conduct Your MLM Business Like A Professional And Teach Your Down-Line The Same:

You say, "how do you avoid these new MLM business pitfalls; after all, you have sponsor people to build your business"

Well, you participate in a marketing system that puts you and your new MLM business owners in the position of fielding multiple leads per day that come to them looking for a business opportunity.

That is the only way to avoid the typical two to four week emotional roller-coaster failed MLM business. Stop and think about it, 95% of new MLM businesses fail in these first emotional weeks. Be sure to get the right information so that your new business owners can avoid the same fate.

Listen, people will do Multi Level Marketing if you can show them a way to succeed with the sponsoring/recruiting aspect of the business. Stop the madness! Get more information at the link below and build a great business. Good Luck.
