MLM-Network Marketing Success Vs Job Success

These days there are a lot of people questioning their participation in the American economic system. The Tried and true 40-40-40 plan has failed scores of very good hard working people. You know the drill, work 40 hours a day for 40 years to take a 40 percent pay-cut in retirement.

The two main problems with the above mentioned plan are that companies no longer want tenured employees and the fact the your retirement funds, if they are not lost in the stock market, are worth very little against inflation, therefore your lifestyle will have to decrease sharply.

Some of the younger people I know have accepted the fact that they will probably change jobs multiple times during their careers. This is about the best you can hope for on the job scene these days if you have at least a bachelor's degree in a high paying field.

On the job side you can expect to be paid a consistent amount of money every pay period, this fact pretty much clenches it for most people seeking security over wealth. In my opinion, it is a crap shoot. I hope my industry doesn't fold, I hope my boss likes me, I hope I have a pension plan at the end of all this.

MLM/Network Marketing is Now A Doable Option

In past years the MLM/Network marketing industry has done a terrible job of putting their independent business owner in the best possible position to succeed. Every one I know understands the power and financial benefits of a real MLM business with a strong compensation plan.

The Problem is In The Sponsoring/Prospecting Piece

With even the best MLM companies the failure rate is around 95% because getting your business started is low cost and easy; growing your business, which requires that you sponsor or bring others into your business, has been a total nightmare for most people, because they are being taught old tired marketing techniques like.

Making a list of all the people you know (you have no idea if any of them want a business)

Trying to sponsor your family and friends (what makes you think they want what you want)

Buying leads and making cold calls (this is expensive and most of the leads are old)

Printing and leaving flyer on cars (this is just crazy)

Trying to prospect on your free time in the mall or other social setting (you can never relax)

There Is A Better Way

MLM/Network marketing can generate the best kind of income possible; that is income earned without you trading hours for it. You do the work once and it pays for years down the line. I won't go on and on about the lifestyles of successful MLMer's compared to successful job holders just slow down and listen to me clearly.

I am a veteran MLM business owner. I am pretty good at sponsoring people into my business the old way; so I made moderate amounts of money every month for years; but I always knew that their had to be away to put MLM on the internet on auto-pilot.

Well I finally found a system that I am duplicating and I am finally full-time with MLM. So if you are one of those people that understand the potential of MLM but you also know how hard it is to sponsor and truly duplicate your efforts, you need to get more information and refresh your marketing techniques by bringing them up to date.

MLM/Network Marketing was always a better option if you could pull it off. Well, now you can! With the right knowledge and attitude, you can generate 50-100 leads online and get paid during the process. Good luck and don't let anyone tell you that you can't have a good business. You just need the right marketing tools.

Listen, people will do Muliti Level Marketing if you can show them a way to succeed with the sponsoring/recruiting aspect of the business. Stop the madness! Get more information at the link below and build a great business. Good Luck.
